How much is it to sell an item?

It is $1 for each listing, even if you have 10 of 1 item its only $1 to post it. After the sale our commission is 15%.

How are payments processed?

We use PayPal for all transactions. In order to buy or sell on the site you'll need to have a PayPal account.

Is the machine I purchase adjusted to match my prescription?

It is up to you and the seller to make those arrangements. After you purchase the machine, send the seller your machine settings to have it adjusted. If you would prefer that we adjust it for you we would be happy to do that. You can add our $49 (within the US, $79 outside the US) adjustment service to your cart at the time of checkout or purchase it later. I don't have a prescription, can I still buy a machine?

We have made it very simple to get a prescription for an Auto machine. First, you'll need to create an account if you haven't done so already. Once you're signed in click on the Prescription tab under the My Account button on the main menu. There you will be able to request a prescription from a doctor for a $49 consultation fee. You'll fill out the questionnaire and a doctor will review it and approve you. If for some reason you do not qualify, we'll cover your doctor's fee and refund your $49.

Who is responsible for adjusting the machine to match the prescription?

It is between the buyer and seller to decide who will be adjusting the machine. As a buyer, you may pay us to calibrate, clean and test your machine by purchasing the Adjustment Service for $49. Simply purchase the Adjustment Service and instruct the seller to ship the machine to our servicing warehouse.

Why do I need to submit my prescription before I bid on or purchase certain items?

It is unlawful for individuals to buy and sell controlled substances (items requiring a prescription) without processing a prescription. To look out for your safety and to comply with FDA regulations we prevent buyers from bidding on or purchasing items from categories that require a prescription until we have a valid prescription of file for you. This is for your safety and our legality.

Can I pay to have you (CPAP Deals) adjust my machine before it is shipped to me?

Then we adjust the machine to match your prescription and check to ensure that the machine is functioning as described in the listing. Can I get a refund?

It is up to each individual seller to set their own refund/return policy. Please contact the seller in regards to this.
